Catholic Charities Housing Opportunities works to ensure that low-income and other disadvantaged people within the Diocese of Youngstown region have access to long-term, affordable, safe, and adequate housing within a supportive community.  Recognizing the dignity that God has bestowed on every person, and sustained by the church community, we strive to empower those we serve, to engage them in efforts to improve their quality of life, and to pursue economic justice. 

Last year, Catholic Charities Housing Opportunities was able to offer individuals the following services:

Affordable Rental Housing, Caritas Communities/Eastwood Village
Community Development, Downpayment Assistance/Homeownership Programs
Housing Assistance Fund, Housing Counseling Services, Housing Development
